I recently had an order issue with JBox, the store that I usually use to get my figures. My AMEX giftcard was charged, but the processor declined payment. The card was still charged, however. I opened a ticket on JBox, and a while later, there was staff helping me to resolve this issue. It took an entire week, but I can say that I have my goods on the way, and that I definitely like JBox service.
